Respecting the Craft: All artwork, designs, and imagery are the exclusive intellectual property of Tinted Trails. They are intended for your personal enjoyment and home curation. Please do not reproduce, resell, or distribute our work without written studio permission.

Canvas vs. Screen: We take meticulous care to display our watercolors accurately. However, please note that slight color variations may occur between the backlit screen of your device and the physical, textured canvas in natural lighting.

Shipping & Processing

We are a boutique studio, which means your art is created with intention, not pulled from a dusty warehouse shelf.

The Timeline: Please allow 2–7 business days for our partners to print, frame, and quality-check your canvas. You will receive a tracking link the moment your piece is on its way to your address.

Transit Times: While we pride ourselves on swift crafting, international transit times are handled by our trusted global couriers. Once your art leaves the studio, delivery speeds are subject to the carrier's routing, but we will always provide tracking so you can follow its path home.

Returns & Refunds

Every Tinted Trails piece is custom-crafted to order specifically for your walls.

Because of this sustainable, made-to-order approach, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. We highly encourage you to review our Sizing Guide before completing your purchase!

Did your art arrive damaged?
We stand by our Safe Delivery Guarantee. If your canvas experiences rough handling in transit, please reach out via our Contact Form within 72 hours of delivery. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

To help us swiftly process a replacement and file a claim with the courier, please include several clear photos (or a video) showing the damage to the canvas, the packaging, and the shipping label. We will make it right immediately.
