1. How is my purchased wall art created?
Our original watercolor artworks are printed on-demand specifically for you. We've partnered with a leading global print fulfillment company in order to ensure gallery-quality results. Once you place an order, the artwork is printed, carefully stretched or framed, packaged, and shipped directly from their professional facilities to your shipping address. Your new wall art is ready to be hanged as soon as you're done unboxing it!
2. What is the fulfillment time for my purchased artwork?
As soon as you place your order, our production partners will be notified. It typically takes between 2-7 business days for them to get your product printed, framed, and quality-checked before it is shipped and sent to you. Please rest assured knowing you will receive tracking information as soon as your artwork is sent to your shipping address.
3. How long will it take for my art to be delivered to me?
Once your purchased art is sent to your shipping address, you will be notified and provided with a tracking number so you can stay up to date. Please bear in mind the shipping times may vary depending on your location and how busy our production partners are. Rest assured knowing we're working hard to make sure you receive your art as soon as possible!
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Our production partners have printing facilities on almost every continent and region in the world. This ensures your artwork can be printed, assembled and shipped to you from a convenient facility that's as close as possible to your shipping address. We guarantee that your purchased art will arrive no matter where you're ordering from.
5. What materials are used for the artworks?
We insist on premium quality to showcase the beautiful texture of the watercolor. We use high-quality archival ink and a Giclée technique. Canvases are printed on poly-cotton blend fabric and hand-stretched over solid wood stretcher bars. Framed pieces are secured within high-quality, solid wooden frames in whatever color you prefer.
6. Can I return or exchange my purchased wall art?
Because every piece is custom-printed, assembled, quality-checked and shipped just for you, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse. We strongly encourage you to carefully measure your space before ordering. And please double-check any details before placing your order. If you have any concerns about sizing or color, please contact us before you finish your purchase!
7. What happens if my wall art arrives damaged?
Our production partners have developed a careful, meticulous packaging process that ensures your purchased art will arrive to your shipping address completely unscathed. Unfortunately, we know accidents happen sometimes. If your art arrives damaged, please contact us with the following: your order information, several photos and a video showcasing the full extent of the damage. Together we will find a solution that leaves you 100% satisfied.
8. Can I place a custom order?
We love working with our customers! Due to our print-on-demand model, we are limited to the sizes and variations listed in the drop-down menu for each artwork. However, if you are looking for a completely custom artwork or color adjustment, please send us a message before ordering, and we will let you know if the request is possible. We might even be able to create a new product other customers will love!
9. How can I contact you?
We're always open to communicating with our customers! Feel free to send us a message through Shopify or our social media platforms, and we will try to get back to you as soon as possible. Please bear in mind this shop uses Central Time (CT), so there might be a significant response delay due to the time difference depending on where you're located.
10. Are there any hidden fees or taxes?
None on our end! The amount you pay for your purchased artwork will cover printing, assembling, quality control and shipping costs. Depending on where you live, your package may be subject to import taxes, though. Unfortunately, since these import taxes vary from country to country and time to time, we cannot help you determine the specific amount.
