Shipping policy

SECTION 1 - ORDER PROCESSING AND PRODUCTION

At Tinted Trails Art Studio, we strictly prioritize quality over speed. We are not a "fast fashion" retailer, and we do not hold inventory in a warehouse. Every single artwork - framed or unframed, small or large - is custom-made to order.

Production Process: Once your order is placed, it enters our production queue. Your artwork is printed, allowed to cure, hand-stretched (if applicable), framed, and subjected to a rigorous quality control check to ensure it meets our high standards.

Dispatch Timeline: Please allow 2 to 7 business days for this production process to be completed. Your order will be shipped (dispatched) only after it has passed our quality checks.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING TIMELINES & TRACKING

Once your order has left our facility, you will immediately receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking: Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update with the carrier's initial scan.

Estimated Transit Times: While we work with premium global carriers to ensure timely delivery, transit times are estimates and start after the production period mentioned above.

SECTION 3 - LIABILITY FOR DELAYS

Tinted Trails Art Studio is not liable for shipping delays. Once the package has been handed over to the third-party shipping carrier (such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, or DPD), the speed of delivery is entirely outside of our control.

We are not responsible for, and will not issue refunds for, delays caused by:

  • Carrier volume or operational backlogs (common during holidays).
  • Weather conditions or natural disasters.
  • Customs clearance processes (for international orders).
  • Strikes, labor disputes, or other "Acts of God."

SECTION 4 - INCORRECT ADDRESSES

The customer is solely responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Tinted Trails Art Studio cannot modify the shipping address once an order has entered the production phase.

If a package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. Refunds will not be issued for items lost due to incorrect address details.

SECTION 5 - LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

As stated in our Refund Policy, Tinted Trails Art Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We do not issue replacements or refunds for packages with a confirmed "Delivered" status.

SECTION 6 - CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

For orders shipping internationally, you may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are levied once a delivery reaches your destination country. Any such additional charges must be borne by you. Tinted Trails Art Studio has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
